We partner with Heartland Craft Grains because we're all about supporting our local farmers. We wanted clean, wholesome flour with all the stuff still left in it! Evan and Rochelle, from Lodi, WI, are 4th and 5th generation farmers. They take the regenerative agriculture approach in growing their grains and corn. Where our flour comes from, how it is grown, and how it's milled is important to us.

We are pretending to be experts. We've had a garden every year and we're just guessing until we see what works and what doesn't. We enjoy trying new things and growing for fun. We start from seed with grow lights in the late winter and always end up planting too much. We grow from organic seeds and do not use pesticides or sprays.
We like to can things and sometimes it's even things we didn't grow ourselves. We follow the Wisconsin “Pickle Bill" which allows you to sell home-canned foods without a license as long as it is processed fruits or vegetables with a pH higher than 4.6.

We are a family owned and operated bakery from Neenah, Wi. Our flour blend consists of heirloom variety whole grains grown & stone milled in Wisconsin. Our yeast is a natural leaven with no additives. We are always aiming high to achieve the perfect crumb and to ensure that the bread you buy from us is delicious, healthy, and easily digestible. Started in 2022, with a dream to go pro but ended up continually being pulled back into the community to form relationships around the table. We have homesteaders on both sides of our family and it wasn’t long after we married that we stepped into the homesteading lifestyle. It was rewarding, slowed us down, and allowed us to feed and sustain our family in all aspects of life. We aspire to share this passion with those around us. Our hope is to instill this lifestyle within others as it speaks about in Acts 2:42-47 - They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
